Hey everyone, so sorry I haven't been posting! The internet in our apartment is constantly going out, which makes it really hard to upload any photos or make a blog post. So far we've had class twice (Italian in the mornings and my management classes in the afternoon) and there really isn't anything interesting to say about that. But I'm proud to say Hailey and I have really explored the city and know our surrounding areas very well. We go out in the city much more than Alyson and I did in Paris. We've even made friends with our neighbor who runs an incredibly delicious kebab shop (it even has grape leaves!). We went and got our first train tickets yesterday, and we'll be headed to Monaco on Friday! The train tickets were free with my Eurail pass, and we got a 5 person apartment at an "Aparthotel" for only 30 euros a night. It even has a pool! I'm really excited to get out of Florence for the weekend and I'm especially excited to see Monte Carlo again! I have to go get ready for class now, but I'll try and post some pictures of our apartment and neighborhood later tonight.
